Shipping policy

Standard shipping to the UK is now Free! (1st class mail)
Items once dispatched the items should arrive within a day or two (and a little bit longer in busy periods i.e. Christmas)

Shipping can be upgraded to a tracked & signed for option at the checkout.

Overseas shipping
As standard i don't track packages, as its very expensive in relation to the cost of most of my items, but if you would like your package tracked please chose from the drop down menu at the checkout.

Your order will usually ready to ship in 1-2 business days after payment.

If for some reason your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or I was given the wrong address, I can either re-send the package (for an additional shipping fee) or give you a refund (minus shipping fees) - Refund not available with custom items.

Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases.

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Shipping Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times!

Cut off for Australia New Zealand: 26th November
Cut off for international orders (USA, Canada etc...): 3rd December
Cut off European Orders: 9th December
Cut off UK Orders: 20th December
